To be eligible for admission to the Certificate in Health Care Assistant program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 17 points in six subjects in Grade 11/12.
  • A minimum of an E symbol in English.
  • Applicants with relevant healthcare experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Course Duration
The program is a 6-month course designed to provide intensive and focused training.
